Renal Social Worker (MSW)

We are seeking a part-time, compassionate, and experienced Social Worker to join our team at DialySuites in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion and ability to assess, educate, and collaborate with patients and team on care planning. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship with patients, orienting patient and family with other team members, exploring family and community resources, participating in facility care planning meetings, providing ongoing casework, and understanding, supporting, interpreting and implementing the philosophy and policies of the facility. The candidate will have a Masters in Social Work, hold an active Florida license, and have at least one year of experience in dialysis. Patient Care Technician (CCHT)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing hemodialysis procedures on patients with chronic kidney disease, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are functioning properly, and monitoring patients during treatment. In addition, the Dialysis Patient Care Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and adhering to all safety and infection control protocols. Hemodialysis Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hemodialysis RN to join our team. We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dialysis Nurse to be an empowering advocate for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion and ability to assess, educate, and collaborate with patients and team.

Responsibilities include: Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and assess patients' condition and response to treatment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications Document patient information, nursing assessments, and interventions accurately and timely Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients Note: This is not an exhaustive list.* Position will be full-time. Dr. Munjal has 20 years of experience as a Nephrologist. He has maintained a belief that empowering patients with the proper knowledge of their medical needs leads to better informed decisions and self-care. The traditional dialysis center style has had several of Dr. Munjals patients feel like they were exposed and not treated as individuals. You are unique and deserve a private space during treatment.

Is there a special enrollment for this type of facility?

As we believe that everyone deserves to thrive during dialysis, our facility is open to all. Feel free to contact our office with any questions, concerns, or to get additional information about our facility.

What insurances will be accepted?

Our facility is currently accepting Medicare and several private insurance payors. Please contact our office for the most current list of insurance carriers accepted.

Will my current nephrologist be able to visit me during treatments?

We are currently accepting applications for privilege’s at our facility. Please have your nephrologist contact our office for further information.
